Judgment has been delivered in a landmark case!

The Edo State High Court has held that the APC Deputy-Governorship Aspirant Audu Ganiyu Abudu presented false information to INEC in his Form EC9. The Court therefore nullified the Candidacy of Governorship and Deputy-Governorship Candidates of the APC at the September 19th, 2020 Election.
