In an exclusive interview with broadtvonline.com in Benin city, the Managing Director of Prucriz Properties and Investment Limited developers of Goshen Garden City , Mr Chris Ebbih said the ceremony scheduled for 12noon Friday 30th March 2023 at the estate located at Amufi community on the Benin-Agbor road by-pass is to hand over keys to the newest set of  landlords who are the first batch of the 3 detached bedroom bungalows funded by Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria , FMBN.
Mr Ebbih who expressed his delight at Friday’s handing over thanked the Oba of Benin Omo’N’oba N’Edo Uku Akpolokpolo, Oba Ewuare II, Edo State Government, the Mangement of Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria and Delta Trust Mortgage Finance Limited as well as the Ohen and People of the host community Amufi ,for their individual and collective roles toward the realization of the project which started fourteen years ago in 2012.
He also used the opportunity to call on protective landlord who are  interested in owning their properties to take advantage opportunity to own a house without stress as all they need to do is buy and move in
