The Member Representing Esan North-East/Esan South-East Federal Constituency House of Representative Barr Sergius Oseasochie Ogun has described as frivolous fallacious and malicious social media publications which seek to disparage and make mincemeat of his efforts to construct the Inemen Market Road, Ugboha in Esan South-East Local Government Area of Edo State.

In a news statement, Barr. Ogun said the reports which are warped imaginations of the implacable critics who only tried unsuccessfully to churn out false narratives about the well-conceived and well-intended road project which he facilitated in fulfillment of his avowed commitment to providing modern public infrastructure and basic amenities for the greater majority of rural communities in Esan south east and esan north east federal constituency.

The Federal legislator said even though he wouldn’t want to glorify the mischievous hallucinations of the attention-seekers by restating their baseless accusations here, he is using their medium to make it abundantly clear that due process was followed in the award of the contract for the aforementioned road project stating that the project is still work in progress as it is yet to be completed.

He maintained that the issue of drainage which formed the bulk of the sterile baseless hallucinations making the rounds on the social media Ineme market road project Ugboha , will be done in no distant time as the contractor is already working on it.

Barr Ogun reassured that he will never be a party to any substandard or white elephant projects as he has penchant for quality and excellence.

The founder Sergius Oseasochie Ogun Foundation who through the foundation has continued to impact his constituents through his annual scholarship for indigent pupils and student, annual free NECO enrolment for students, food distribution to orphans, widows amongst others reiterated that Long before he answered the call to serve his people as their representatives in the national assembly, he had consistently used his hard-earned money to grade all earth roads in Ugboha, Uzea and environs for several years without biting an eyelid adding that If I did all that back then in his capacity as a private individual, why would any right-thinking individual conscript the unfounded story that he would want to soil his reputation now that he has the privilege of occupying a public office

Barr Ogun concluded by reassuring his teeming supporters and members of his constituents that all projects initiated and facilitated by him will be executed to specification urging them to discard and disregard any story or information to the contrary as the purveyors of such are disgruntled elements who are writing based on the figment of their imagination
