Edo 2024: LP coming to restore sanity, prudence in governance – Abure
…say party candidate will put the electorate first
National Chairman of the Labour Party ( LP), Barrister Julius Abure, has charged Nigerians not to be deterred with the currently situation facing the country.
He said the fight to take Nigeria back from the forces of bad governance should be a collective action which every Nigeria should participate.
He made this known when speaking to party faithfuls in Benin City on 5th Wednesday, 2023.
According to him; rescuing the country from those who does not mean well is on course and the process will be put to trial with the 2024 governorship election in Edo State next year. Everyone should ensure that the right choice, the people’s choice and the party LP candidate is elected.
“In Nigeria the issue of bad leadership is what is taking us aback. We must just do it right. We have no cause to shy away from the right path.
“Nigeria’s problem is poor leadership and to solve this problem is presenting a credible and purposeful candidate to Nigerians who inturn with support such candidate massively. And with such characters in place, Nigeria certain.
Abure however denied the reports that the LP is going through crisis and affirms that the party is one.
