The Permanent Secretary Ministry of Wealth Creation, Cooperatives and Employment, Edo State, Joel Edionwe has carried out an on-the-spot assessment of buildings and facilities at the first garden city in Edo state, known as Goshen Garden City.

The PS ministry of wealth creation cooperatives and employment Mr. Edionwe who was elated at the quality of construction and overall outlook of Goshen Garden city estate lauded the efforts of Staff Multiple purpose cooperative society Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital Benin for taking advantage of the opportunity to acquire buildings for staff through a partnership with Federal Montage Bank of Nigeria.

Mr. Edionwe who showered praises on the managing director and chief executive officer prucriz properties and investment limited Mr. Chris Ebih owners of the estate said Goshen Garden city estate has demonstrated a clear cut leadership role in real estate Development worthy of emulation as his foresight in establishing the estate has contributed in no small measure to reducing the housing deficit in the country.

Mr. Joel Edionwe who is on a guarded tour of facilities at the Goshen Garden City situated at Amufi Benin City said he was there to inspect the Estate and the sixty units which have been made available for staff of the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital Benin.

On his part, The MD/CEO Prucriz Property Investment Limited Mr. Chris Ebih said the estate is of quality standard in line with international best practice adding that all units are tastefully finished with state of the Art facilities.

Mr. Ebih disclosed that Goshen Garden city estate also has 24-hour power/water/security/CCTV, piped domestic gas, well-tarred road network, police station, hospital, shopping mall, recreational center, private school amongst others provide total comfort for inhabitants of the estate.
