D Prince Builders celebrates 13 years of quality service delivery
For the customers and management of D Prince Builders and Estate Developers, Saturday, December 13th, 2020, will remain indelible in their memories as the outfit celebrated its 13 years of operation amid pomp and pageantry.
Cyril Omoregie, the Managing Director/ CEO of the company, was all over the place in company of his hardworking aides attending to the large number of guests that witnessed the epoch making event.
Gift items ranging from cow, bags of rice, chicken, cash etc were given to the invitees most of whom were indigenes of the host communities where D Prince Builders has its corporate office. Also choice drinks, delicious food and good music was available for the guests.
Talking about his humble begining, Omoregie said that it was not easy but thanks to keeping in focus his dream of bringing quality and affordable estate services to the people. He gave kudos to his mother and his wife for believing in his dream and urging him on despite the odds that confronted him in those early days.
He promised that the next step of his service delivery is to ensure that affordable houses are brought to all local government areas of Edo State and even beyond.
Deputy Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly, Hon. Roland Asoro, heaped kudos on Omoregie for his resilience and dedication to duty. The lawmaker described Omoregie as “a man of transparent honesty that has decided to give succour to people,” adding that “he is worthy of commendation.”
In his own comments, Damian Lawani, the immediate past Commissioner for Youths in Edo State, who was the chairman of the occasion, said: “the problem of Nigeria is not about age, tribe or religion. It is about having the right people in the right place.
“Cyril is one of the people we need in Nigeria who can think outside the box. He is one of the shining examples of youths. Young men like him are worthy of celebration.
“Any man that gives you a cover on your head is like a god. Government should give this kind of people the enabling environment to achieve more. With him Edo State is in for more decent and affordable housing. He is a man that you can entrust with your money.”
Pastor Stephen Okhoro, of the Living Faith Church(aka Winners Chapel), said that Omoregie got to an enviable height in the estate business by dint of hardwork, diligence and humility. Praying that whatever he lay his hands on he must prosper.
Engineer Jonathan, the immediate past chairman of Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE) Edo State chapter, said the body will help in training D Prince Builders engineers.
Highlight of the day was the presentation of awards of excellence and recognition on Omoregie for his steadfastness and enviable achievements in the estate development business.
